MITI Terms of Use

This agreement is between you and MITI and covers the MITI app, MITI administrative apps (including Padel Console), the website and the API. By signing up, signing in with your phone number, Google or Apple, and continuing to use the service, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use MITI from the age at which the laws of your country allow you to do so on your own, or with your parents' consent.

1. Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abuse

There is no place in MITI for objectionable content or abusive users — no exceptions. We remove such content and disable the accounts that post it, including without prior warning.

2. What you must not post or send

• Insults, humiliation, bullying, harassment and threats — in posts, stories, comments, messages, reviews, names of games, clubs and tournaments, and profiles.
• Hate speech and discrimination based on nationality, race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation or disability.
• Nudity and sexual content; any sexual content involving minors leads to an immediate ban and a report to the authorities.
• Violence and cruelty, encouragement of suicide or self-harm.
• Fraud, spam, advertising without our consent, impersonating another person or organization.
• Other people's personal data — phone numbers, addresses, photos — without their consent.
• Illegal content: drug or weapon trade, calls to break the law, infringement of others' intellectual property.
• Attempts to hack the service, bypass restrictions, or manipulate ratings and reviews.

3. Reporting and blocking

• You can report any post, story, comment, chat message, profile or review with “Report” in the menu next to it. The author is not told who reported them.
• You can block anyone from their profile: their posts and stories disappear from your feed, and they can no longer follow you.
• A word filter prevents profanity, insults and threats from being published.

4. How we respond

• A moderator reviews every report within 24 hours.
• If content violates these Terms, we remove it and may disable the author's account, temporarily or permanently.
• Content reported by several people is hidden automatically and stays hidden until a moderator decides.

5. Your content

You are responsible for what you post and send. You keep the rights to your content; by posting it in MITI you allow us to store, display and distribute it within the service while it is published.

6. Content removal and account suspension

We may, without notice, remove content, limit features or disable an account for violating these Terms or the law, or at the request of the authorities. A disabled account loses access to all MITI apps.

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

7. Games, meetups and bookings

MITI helps you find games, opponents, clubs and courts. Meetups happen offline: everyone is responsible for their own behavior and safety on court, and clubs set their own booking and payment terms.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for other users' content and actions or any harm they cause. If someone breaks the rules, report them and we will act.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. A new version applies from the date at the top of this page; we will announce material changes in the app and ask you to accept the new version.
